Sprint Nextel Corporation

Sprint Nextel Corporation (Sprint Nextel) is a global communication company offering a range of wireless and wireline communications products and services for individual consumers, businesses and government customers. The Company conducts its operations through two segments: Wireless and Wireline. The Company, together with three third party affiliates (PCS Affiliates) offers digital wireless service in all 50 states, Puerto Rico and the United States Virgin Islands under the Sprint brand name utilizing wireless code division multiple access (CDMA) technology. The Company offers digital wireless services under its Nextel brand name using integrated digital enhanced network (iDEN) technology. It also offers wireless services that focus on the youth market, including its Boost Mobile prepaid wireless service on its iDEN network and Boost Unlimited, a local calling prepaid service on its CDMA network. On August 1, 2007, the Company acquired Northern PCS Services, LLC.

Cisco Systems, Inc.

Cisco Systems, Inc. designs, manufactures and sells Internet protocol (IP)-based networking and other products related to the communications and information technology (IT) industry, and provides services associated with these products and their use. The Company provides a line of products for transporting data, voice, and video within buildings, across campuses, and around the world. Nortel Networks Corporation (Nortel)

China Unicom

China Unicom is China's second largest cellular communications company with 130 million wireless customers. Its recent merger with China Netcom Group makes China Unicom the second largest communications company in Asia. A leader in wireless and wired broadband technology, China Unicom is leading the country's modernization efforts in communications.

Texas Instruments Incorporated (TI)

Texas Instruments Incorporated operates in two business segments: Semiconductor, which designs, manufactures and sells integrated circuits, and Education Technology, which supplies graphing handheld calculators. During the year ended December 31, 2007, the Semiconductor segment accounted for 96% of the Company.s revenues and Education Technology accounted for 4% of its revenues. The Company has manufacturing, design or sales operations in more than 25 countries. In July 2007, the Company completed the sale of its broadband digital subscriber line (DSL) customer-premises equipment semiconductor product line to Infineon Technologies AG. In October 2007, the Company acquired POWERPRECISE Solutions, Inc., a fabless portable power management integrated circuit solutions company based in Herndon, Virginia. In May 2008, the Company acquired Commergy Technologies, Ltd. In June 2008, the Company acquired Innovative Design Solutions.

Idaho Power

Idaho Power is involved in the generation, purchase, transmission, distribution and sale of electric energy in a 24,000 square mile area in southern Idaho and eastern Oregon with an estimated population of 982,000. Idaho Power holds franchises in 72 cities in Idaho and 10 cities in Oregon and holds certificates from the respective public utility regulatory authorities to serve all or a portion of 28 counties in Idaho and three counties in eastern Oregon. As of Dec. 31, 2007, Idaho Power supplied electric energy to 481,651 general business customers and had 2,028 full-time employees. Idaho Power relies heavily on hydroelectric power for its generating needs and is one of the nation's few investor-owned utilities with a predominantly hydroelectric generating base. The company owns and operates 17 hydroelectric power plants, two gas-fired plants and shares ownership in three coal-fired generating plants.
